Key Responsibilities
✅ Generate leads through calls, site visits, networking, and digital outreach
✅ Handle inbound & outbound calls from prospective property buyers
✅ Conduct product/property presentations and explain project details to customers
✅ Schedule and manage client site visits and follow-ups until closure
✅ Maintain daily sales reports, CRM updates, and lead funnel tracking
✅ Build long-term relationships with clients and channel partners
✅ Meet monthly / quarterly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth
✅ Coordinate with the marketing team for campaigns, ads, and lead flow
✅ Participate in on-site project promotions, events, and customer meetings
Skills & Qualifications
✔ Strong communication & negotiation skills (English, Hindi, Marathi preferred)
✔ Knowledge of real estate market (preferred but not mandatory)
✔ Ability to handle client queries professionally and confidently
✔ Good understanding of sales techniques and customer psychology
✔ Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented mindset
✔ Basic computer skills (CRM, Excel, WhatsApp Business, Email, etc.)
✔ Bike & driving license preferred (for local site visits)
Work Timings
⏱ 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM (Sunday fixed weekly off / or based on company policy)
